10 days of hell...

So far , its been 10 days of hell in camp..too long nevr out field and surviving on combat ration is not doing me any good. Plus so much responsibilities ...my platoon PS play me out by getting sick and excuse from training...practically I am the acting PS and the only "nanny" for the whole platoon. Its always a challenge to get them fall in in time...they will have all kind of excuses; "fall in so early for fuck, "; " finish my card first"; "not everyone fall in leh, why must we be so siao on!"; "lesson so boring, don't go lah"...

platoon on holiday mood..fuck..just 3 more days to go...I swear I will deferred for next in camp!

Reservist

Damn...its reservist time again ..I 'll be call up to serve the F**King ITC . To the majority..its a holiday to them but to me, its always torture due to the responsibility I hold and the platoon I am having. I can imagine my nightmare coming back...and this time ..my PC is only joining for the last 7 days. That mean I'll be like acting PC...going for senseless meetings, briefings, etc.

Luckily I clear my IPPT last year...I will not be blogging from 10th to 20th...then I will have a public holiday on friday so I don't need to turn up for work...Yahahaha..

I willl miss blogging..."sob"..."sob"..so long!

the devil in me..

I did a horrible thing today ...I did not give up my seat to an elderly on the way to work in the morning. I was sitting under the signboard where it show " for elderly/pregnant woman."

I had a very selfish thought at that moment, why must be me? Is there not a kind soul out there who will give up the seat. I hate to be the Mr nice guy again! I know its morally wrong to think like that but I can't help it.. nice people die young..bad guys always have the last laugh... I think I am having one of those mood swings again...or it could be I haven't get over the new year mood yet...bloody sad and can't help thinking 2005 is gonna be bad.

Next time , in the train, I shall pretend to fall asleep and be ignorant of all the people around me...hehehe...opps.

What a 2005! I actutally spent it at a RC countdown party at Jurong East organised by Yu Hua CC...one of those dodgy events you might never want to be part of. Its one of those "getai" in the 7th month but with a bit more dash. There are 3 RC party this year, one at Boon Lay where TCS artists like Fiona Xie will come down and join in the "fun", the other at Bukit Batok...and the last is mine at JE MRT open patch. Its the biggest since there is more performance and foam party. I was roped in to help out in the backstage as coordinator...bascially making sure the performance are ready and know their dance sequence ...get the cue...crowd control. Imagine a few hundreds people squeezed behind the stage waiting for their turn....not mentioning the little kids from kindergarden to secondary ...its a MASS ORGY !!! I was in a lost for quite a while till I collected my senses and realised I am not paid to fuck it up! There was only 4 person for the back stage..2 gals and 2 guys. Its pouring too! that makes things worst...teachers complaining why not their turn yet...ppl yaking here and there...kids running every where...its maddenning! the programme starts from 630 till 2 am...I have been standing ..no dinner...running and shouting ...and after the countdown I was thoroughly spent...my feet drench in mud cos' of the rain....Overall, the countdown mood was not really happenning cos' of the recent Tsunami incident. There's no fireworks..the music was toned... I kind of felt sad. Nevertheless, we felt an immerse sense of accomplishment after the party. Though we had a long day, I did manage to capture a few candid photos..hahaha.. I hope 2005 will be better year for all...world peace , less sickness, more money to spend...and no more disaster! That's my resolution..what's yours?
