that goes my phone

to all who tried to contact me..so sorry, I sent it for repair...due to my negligence, the serviceman says it might not be working well even after the repair cos' the internal parts got rusted...I got it drench in the rain...might have to invest in a new one...any suggestion for good phones..no need to have camera..got my IXUS anyway...

but strangely, don't feel disconected from the world..I get some peace ..free as a bird...

I am being left alone...the 2 shops beside me had already left! Damn the rainy weather...now I am left alone..feeding the mosquitoes..no business..

It just never stops!!

Its been raining since CNY..the sky is always overcast and I am sick of being alone in the shop...sick of surfing...even on weekends..wat to do?

the pains of growing up...

I watched Peter pan with me friends today...luckily I was early to buy the tics as there were quite a number of people queuing ...guess most people had nothing much to do on CNY..

The show even though was being remade a number of times..but the theme still moved my heart. Peter hates to grow up as he doesn't wants to face the problems adults faced..its always better as a kid..no worries, freedom..the movie kind of reflects on our lives..we are caught up with earning money, working so hard that sometimes we forget what is life is all about..it has to be more than these. Where is the love, the friendship, peace and contentment...?

I nearly weep..really miss those days of being a kid..when we can listen to bedtime stories..being naive, joys of being cuddled. Compared to now, as an adult , we had to fight for survival in this concrete jungle. If there is really a neverland, I would love to live there , make fun and be merry!!

Geez...I am fantasizing again...

CNY

While everyone are busy visiting families for ang baos..I am staying home with nothing much to do...most of the shops are closing anyway...nothing to shop..dad 's working today..times are hard har..his philosophy : better to work for money than rotting at home with no money...totally agreed. Besides, Every CNY is the same...routine and boring.

I decided to have a movie marathon with mum...been ages since we watched movies. together due to work...heheeh..at least can be a guai zai for CNY..she cannot blame me for not spending QUALITY TIME with her..wat to do..I am the only son..no brothers/sisters to share the honour!Watching 2 movies at one go...then go dinner in town...too bad for dad:(

The year of the monkey according to chinese zodiac...hey to all the snake people out there..good news:

our past effort and hard work will PAY OFF and we can reap good rewards. Good year for marriages and births and singles can expect some mating!!..don't know true or not..but its good to have spread some hope and cheer around since we all had a difficult year
.....hmmm... wonder if I can get hitch b4 V day??!! hai...even if not...I am still working:)

The eve...

Bloody hell, i am still working till 6pm today ..ON THE EVE OF CNY!!..Its not even a half day..damn it...my mum is complaining what kind of boss I have ..not leting workers off earlier and also consider where I lived..from bloody Bishan to jurong west..its at least an 1.5 hr:( ..there's hardly anyone coming to park and skate..for christ sake!!except for a few discerning ang mos and foreigners...will be better off closing earlier and save some electric bills..but big fat boss won't listen..

The last samurai premier..

It was a damn good show..plot was good, battle scene was smashing...no cgi, its all true man and sweat..best of all..I got the tickets for FREE!! I watch the premier at Great world city..all thanks to my friend who happen to received free complimentary tics from New Zealand Tourism board..she works in a tour agency so got lobang. I had free sushi and white wine...but funny..no local celebrities leh..Though it was a jap story but the setting is in NZ...funny har..

I don't mind watching it for 2nd time though :)

its 2pm ...time to work...feeling so sleepy...yet the sun is so bright outside...why don't it rain?

It s a letdown!!!worse than part 1...part 1 wasn't any better anyway..waste my money. Once again the japs are at their best in making errie noises and bloody scenes..but that's all..not much plot..the movie is just about scaring the hell out of the audience and making them blur wat's happening...the ending was obscure too...don't know wat happen to the child too..

rainy day

Today is pouring ...been in the shop with my staff...doing nothing much..no customers...boring..rain rain go way ..come again another day...

my life...

My job in skateline is rather peaceful over at weekdays..not much people will come to bishan park anyway since school starts...I surf, I read, I look...except at weekends, it gets pretty busy since we had courses coming..from 9 - 6pm..

Anyway, I look upon this job as a temp..sh..don't tell my boss...she doesn't know..I had the intention to tell her b4 my 3 months is up...everyday ...I kept looking at recruitment times for jobs..need to get away from retail for some time..guess I am not ready for a business of my own yet. Tired of serving people...burning my weekends...I longed for the 9 -5 job life when I can have my own time after work....I got no life now...not getting any younger.need to have a gal by my side to share my woes and happiness.

My new year resolution will be to cut my expenses so that I can clear my debts and save a little, and possibly get hitch b4 valentine"s day..:)
